NGO & IGO Partners

Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and Interngovernmental Organizations (IGOs) are essential allies in HOT’s mission to make the world’s most vulnerable places visible and accessible. Through our collaborative work, we ensure that local insights are integrated with global strategies, leading to more informed decision-making and accelerated impact.

HOT is positioned to provide open mapping services that truly center the community and are participatory in nature. These organizations are playing pivotal roles in the humanitarian sector, providing essential aid and services to communities in need around the globe, and in HOT’S priority regions. By joining forces, we amplify our reach and deepen our impact, creating a more connected and resilient world.

  • Enhance community engagement by bringing together local communities, NGOs, and INGOs to collaboratively map underserved or disaster-prone areas, capturing local knowledge and ensuring maps created are relevant and useful to all stakeholders.
  • Provide technical advice, including cutting-edge mapping technologies and tools to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of their fieldwork and data collection efforts.
  • HOT is an experienced subgrantee on large field projects.
