This post shows the workflow HOT and partners are following to achieve its goal of filling data gaps (buildings and Roads) for the COVID-19 vaccination campaign.
Based on a risk assessment performed by GIM Initiative, the following countries are a priority for this campaign:
Americas: Haiti West Africa: CAR, Cameroon, Chad, Niger, Burkina Faso East & S. Africa: Somalia, Ethiopia, South Sudan, Sudan, DRC Asia-Pacific: Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Yemen Other: Syria, Iraq

However, to test the workflow before scaling, the team focused on South Sudan.

Based on MapSwipe results, the team created 21 Tasking Manager projects for Western Equatoria. They are now completely mapped and have produced the following results:
