Raelene Dugger
Major Gifts Officer
Raelene is the Major Gifts Officer for HOT. Her background is in environmental management and nonprofit fundraising. Raelene is from Cape Town, South Africa, where she obtained a Bachelors Degree in Environmental Management and a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Stellenbosch University. Raelene lived in Seoul, South Korea, for three years teaching English (TEFL) before moving to the USA and starting her nonprofit career in 2017.
Raelene is a certified Nonprofit Professional through the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance, and a Certified Quality Event Planner through the Management & Strategy Institute. She has worked for the Boy Scouts of America in Georgia, the American Red Cross Donor Relations department in Oklahoma, and Citizens for a Healthy Bay in Washington, where she developed her skills in fundraising, events, and donor relations.
